Hair treatments cover three different needs: smoothing for frizz and manageability, hair spa for condition and shine, and scalp care for the skin the hair grows from. They are not interchangeable, and some hair should not have some treatments, so suitability is discussed at the chair before anything is booked.
The conversation covers how your hair behaves day to day, what has been done to it recently, and what you want to change. For smoothing, the studio also looks at previous colour or chemical work and explains what the result depends on: the product used, your hair, and home care. Time and price are confirmed before you agree.

- 01Hair and scalp check
Condition, recent colour or chemical work, and how you style at home.
- 02The right treatment
Smoothing, spa, scalp care or deep conditioning, chosen for the need you described.
- 03Application
Sectioned and applied as the treatment requires; smoothing takes longest.
- 04Processing and rinse
Timed and checked at the chair.
- 05Finish
Blow-dry and, for smoothing, the finishing work the system needs.
Tell the studio first
- Any colour, bleach, henna or previous smoothing on your hair.
- Scalp conditions or recent irritation.
- How you dry and style your hair on an ordinary day.
Aftercare, usually
- After smoothing, follow the waiting time and washing advice the studio gives you exactly; it affects the result.
- Use the shampoo type recommended for your treatment.
- Go gentle on heat for the first days after any treatment.
- Follow the aftercare the studio gives you for the products used.

Can I book a hair spa without a haircut?
Tell the studio that you would like a hair-spa appointment and describe your current hair concerns. The team can discuss the service, expected time and price without assuming you want a haircut or colour as well.
