Suitability is discussed at the chair first — some hair should not have some treatments. 04 Haircut A haircut at the studio is a consultation, a wash, the cut and a blow-dry finish, with the shape agreed at the mirror before anything is cut. 05 Blow-dry & styling A blow-dry and styling appointment gives you finished hair for a specific evening, from smooth and straight to soft waves, planned around your outfit. 06 Hair spa A hair spa is a conditioning and scalp-care appointment that keeps hair in good order between bigger services such as colour, smoothing or a new cut. 07 Keratin & smoothing Keratin and smoothing treatments aim to make frizzy or unruly hair smoother and easier to manage, and every one starts with a suitability check at the chair.

Every visit starts at the mirror — the cut, colour or treatment is decided with you, against your own hair, before anything begins.
Can I book styling for an occasion?
Yes — occasion styling is planned to the outfit and the timings. For a wedding week, the Bridal Room plans the whole morning instead.
Can I know the price before deciding?
Yes. Ask for the service, expected time and price together. For work that depends on your hair, chosen nail design or occasion, ask the studio for a written quote before agreeing to the appointment.
Is my appointment confirmed when I send a request?
Your preferred day and time are a request. The appointment is confirmed only after the studio replies on WhatsApp or by phone.
