Nail art / At Bharti’s
What it is,
and how it’s done here.
Nail art is any design added to the nails, from a fine line or a French tip to painted patterns, foils and stones. It can sit on one accent nail or run across a full set, on gel polish or on extensions.
The design is decided at the nail bar, starting from your reference, your outfit and the length of your nails. The studio talks about what will read well at that size and what is practical for your week, then agrees the plan with you before painting.
Simple accents are priced on the spot, and you know the time before agreeing. Detailed or multi-design sets are quoted in writing first, so the total is clear before a single nail is painted.
Your appointment
Nail art,
step by step.
- 01Share the reference
Show your photo, outfit colours or an idea, and say how many nails you want designed.
- 02Agree the design
Colours, placement and any embellishments are settled, with an honest view on what suits your nail length.
- 03Prepare and base
Nails are prepped and the base colour applied.
- 04Paint and place
The design is built up nail by nail, with drying or curing between layers.
- 05Seal
A finishing coat protects the design, and the edges are checked.
Tell the studio first
- Your reference photos, and the outfit or colours to match.
- Whether you want the art on gel, regular polish or extensions.
- How hard your hands work, so raised details are chosen sensibly.
Aftercare, usually
- Avoid picking at stones or foils; if one loosens, ask the studio.
- Apply cuticle oil around raised details rather than over them.
- Wear gloves for chores to protect the design.
- Follow the aftercare the studio gives you for the base and products used.
A better first conversation
Start with how you use your hands.
An everyday manicure, a pedicure, a colour you love or a set for the wedding week: bring a reference and say what feels comfortable. Shape, length, removal and care are part of the conversation.
Your routine, reference or occasion.
The service, time, price and what is included.
The studio confirms the plan with you.
Your hands. Your habits.
For the coffee cup.
And the close-up.
The everyday and the occasion deserve different conversations. Tell us if you want easy upkeep, a manicure and pedicure together, or a reference-led set for a function.
Planning the wedding week?
Before you choose
A few things,
made clear.
Can a design be copied from a photo?
What changes the cost of nail art?
Will the design last as long as plain gel?
Can I have matching nails for a group?
Can I know the price before deciding?
Is my appointment confirmed when I send a request?
